Effective October 7, 2026. DoorWorthy is a project of Lonesome Peak Holdings, Inc.
What this website collects
If you previously joined the interest list, we stored the email address, business concept, and optional location you provide, along with when you submitted the form and your agreement to be contacted. Only submit listing material you are authorized to share. Remove sensitive personal information and unrelated financial or identity documents.
Your workspace
DoorWorthy uses Firebase Authentication for email/password and Google sign-in. Firebase processes your sign-in credentials; DoorWorthy does not store your password. Cloudflare hosts the application and its database. We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We store your account identifier and email with your location briefs, operating assumptions, notes, follow-up progress, and report history. Reports are generated automatically from your business profile, location and retrieved evidence. Your workspace records are associated with your signed-in account. Archiving a location hides it from the active list; it does not delete the record.
Why we collect it
We use these details to understand interest in DoorWorthy and to contact you about relevant launch availability. Submitting the form does not purchase a report or confirm that your location or concept is supported.
How it is handled
Interest submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Hosting service providers process information needed to operate and secure the website. The interest form does not generate a report. When you run location research, we send the location address to the U.S. Census Geocoder, the ZIP-area identifier to the U.S. Census Bureau or Census Reporter, and matched coordinates plus broad business categories to Geoapify. If Geoapify is not configured, the business directory uses a public OpenStreetMap provider. Matched Dallas addresses may also be queried against City of Dallas zoning records. We do not send your name, email, rent, sales assumptions or narrative brief to these data providers. We store retrieved facts, source dates, research snapshots and a calculated match to your criteria. Provider responses are cached for up to 30 days; saved research remains with your workspace. When AI generation is activated and you generate a report, we send your business profile, location details, stated financial assumptions and retrieved evidence to OpenAI for research, report writing and automated evidence checking. We do not include your sign-in email or account identifier. Web search may use relevant business and location details in search queries. The application requests that Responses API outputs are not stored as retrievable response objects; provider processing and abuse-monitoring policies still apply. This version does not include advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.
Listing imports and scenarios
When you import a flyer, image, pasted listing, or public listing link, we send that material or retrieved page details to OpenAI to extract property and lease information. DoorWorthy does not retain the original uploaded file; extracted details are stored with a location when you save it. Provider processing policies still apply. Report calculator changes are temporary in your browser. Applying a comparison scenario sends those assumptions and the selected reports’ evidence to OpenAI for a revised recommendation; results are cached for your account for up to seven days. Private visit notes are not included in comparison requests.
Free location check
The free check needs no account. When you run one, we send the address you enter to the U.S. Census Geocoder, the matched ZIP area to the U.S. Census Bureau or Census Reporter, and the matched coordinates to state and federal traffic count services. The business type you choose is not sent to them. We keep the result for up to seven days so the same check loads instantly, and we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for up to a day to limit how many checks each visitor can run. The check may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at your browser to tell people from automated traffic. A check is linked to an account only if you choose to save it.
Sample report interactions
The sample findings are fictional. Calculator inputs and checklist selections are used only in the open page and are not submitted with the interest form.
Your choices
You can explore the fictional sample report without submitting a business profile. For earlier interest-list submissions, you can request removal by replying to a DoorWorthy launch message when you receive one. We will review the list during the pilot and remove information that is no longer needed for launch communications.
Payments
Stripe processes payments for reports and memberships. When you buy, DoorWorthy sends Stripe your account email and an internal account identifier. You enter card details on Stripe’s checkout page; DoorWorthy never receives or stores your card number. We store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your membership status and renewal date, and your report credits with your account. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment details it collects.
External services
When configured, the interactive map loads Mapbox software and map imagery. This shares technical connection information and the displayed map area with Mapbox. The basic fallback map requests visible tiles directly from OpenStreetMap. Map search uses the Census Geocoder or Census Reporter. The website also requests a logotype font from Google Fonts. Your browser may share technical connection information with that provider when loading the font. The hosting platform may also process access and security information.
Changes
We will update this notice as the service develops. Any new uses of personal information will be explained before those features become available.
