Who needs a microbrewery or brewery-pub license in Delaware?

Issued by Office of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commissioner, at step 5 of 6 in the opening sequence: alcohol permits.

1 of the 20 kinds of business in Delaware

A microbrewery brews and sells its own beer, mead and cider by the glass and to take home in sealed containers at the brewery; a brewery-pub is a brewery inside a restaurant and is capped at 4,000 barrels a year across no more than three licensed premises. The federal TTB brewer’s notice comes first, and the premises need the Fire Marshal’s approval and the food establishment permit.
