The spirits license is for a restaurant with a kitchen serving complete meals; a bar with little food takes the less than 50% dining tier and admits only adults in the lounge. Apply through the Board’s online portal with the lease, floor plan and owner disclosures; the Board notifies the city or county, which has 20 days to object, and posts the notice at the premises. Allow 60 to 90 days. Every server completes a mandatory alcohol server training permit.
