Who needs a small brewer license, or brewpub license in Oklahoma?

Issued by Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission, at step 5 of 6 in the opening sequence: alcohol permits.

1 of the 20 kinds of business in Oklahoma

A small brewer sells the beer and cider it makes by the glass and to go on the licensed premises and at public events, and may self-distribute to retailers with the self-distribution license. A brewpub is a restaurant that brews for sale on its own premises. The federal TTB brewer’s notice comes first, and the city occupation tax applies as it does to any licensee.
